CCHL Recognizes GE HealthCare for their Outstanding Corporate Membership

The Canadian College of Health Leaders is proud to announce that GE HealthCare has been named recipient of the 2026 President’s Award for Outstanding Corporate Membership in the College. This award recognizes a corporate member who has consistently helped the College achieve its purpose, values and strategic directions.

GE HealthCare has demonstrated an exceptional commitment in helping the College to understand and to adapt to the changing needs of our corporate membership. During their tenure of over 20 years as a corporate member, GE HealthCare has been a steadfast supporter of our national conference, as well as a sponsor of our Distinguished Leadership Award – our premier award which recognizes a College member for truly passionate and visionary leadership. An ethos in which GE HealthCare places tremendous value.

GE HealthCare is actively engaged in our Corporate Advisory Council, and it has chosen to strongly encourage their leadership team’s ongoing involvement in College activities by supporting the enrollment of numerous supplementary members from a range of diverse, functional professional roles. Their organization has also played a vital role in sharing industry information and perspectives with senior leaders in the Canadian healthcare system through their participation in several HPRS advisory board sessions, a unique activity which helps industry and healthcare delivery organizations align on strategic initiatives with a view to collaborative success.

The President’s Award is given annually to a corporate member in good standing who has at the minimum five years of continuous involvement with the College and has supported CCHL activities and programs in a tangible manner. In addition, the successful nominee has provided advice on ways and means to enhance the College’s corporate membership program and assistance to the College in the achievement of its objectives.

This award is part of our CCHL National Awards Program. and will be presented at the Honouring Health Leadership event on June 14, 2026.
